Our Commitment
Collins Legacy Foundation is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and vulnerable adults who come into contact with our organization. We have a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, exploitation, and harm.
Scope
This policy applies to all staff, volunteers, partners, and anyone acting on behalf of Collins Legacy Foundation.
Principles

- We work in partnership with families and communities
- We take all concerns and allegations seriously
Responsibilities
All staff and volunteers must:
- Complete safeguarding training before working with beneficiaries
- Report any concerns immediately to the Safeguarding Lead
- Never be alone with a child without another adult present
- Never photograph or film children without proper consent
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
