Introduction
This Code of Conduct applies to all staff, volunteers, board members, and partners of Collins Legacy Foundation. It sets out the standards of behavior we expect from everyone associated with our organization.

Maintain professional standards in all interactions. Represent Collins Legacy Foundation positively and responsibly.
Prohibited Conduct
- Abuse, exploitation, or harm of any kind toward beneficiaries, colleagues, or community members
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind
- Misuse of organizational funds or resources
- Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
- Bribery or corruption
- Behavior that brings the organization into disrepute
Reporting Violations
Report violations to the Foundation Director or Board Chair. All reports will be treated confidentially.
Consequences
Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or volunteer status, and referral to relevant authorities.
