Find your place in our mission-driven team
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our community development programs across East Africa. You will manage a team of field officers and ensure program outcomes align with our strategic goals. This role involves regular field visits to beneficiary communities, stakeholder engagement with local government and partner organizations, and quarterly reporting to our board of directors.
Drive our digital presence across social media, email campaigns, and website content. You will craft compelling stories that connect donors and supporters with our mission. This includes managing our social media channels, producing video content, writing impact reports, and coordinating with field teams to capture authentic stories from beneficiaries.
Implement child protection programs, conduct case management, and provide psychosocial support to vulnerable children and families in Mwanza Region. You will work closely with schools, health facilities, and local authorities to identify at-risk children and connect them with appropriate services.
Manage grant reporting, financial compliance, and donor financial requirements. You will work closely with program teams to ensure accurate budget tracking and timely reporting to institutional donors including USAID, EU, and UN agencies. The role includes preparing financial statements, conducting internal audits, and supporting the annual external audit process.
Recruit, onboard, and support our growing network of 200+ volunteers across Tanzania and internationally. You will manage volunteer schedules, coordinate training sessions, and ensure volunteers have a meaningful and safe experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about community engagement and people management.
Design and oversee the construction of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure in rural communities across Mwanza Region. You will conduct needs assessments, prepare technical designs, supervise contractors, and train community water committees on maintenance. This 12-month contract has potential for renewal.
